A: We are professional land buyers not agents. We buy land that meets our land investment criteria. After we purchase the property we either keep and hold the land or resell it to another land owner or investors. 

A: We follow a process for all of our land purchases. We look at the location of the property, the type of  access the location has, and the property condition. We take many different pieces of information into consideration. 

A: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your land with us. We will make you an offer and if you accept, we buy your land. Often times we pay for the closing costs (delinquent taxes, liens, title examination, title insurance, recording costs, governmental costs). We try to make this process as hassle free with no fees.

A: There is no obligation once you submit your information. If we are interested, we will make you a cash-offer on your property after you give us a little more information on it. We may set up a call to find out more information or we may send you an offer if we are interested and have sufficient information.  If we make an offer, it is then your decision if we proceed with the deal process. 

A: That depends but for the most part we try to get most offers out within two business days. Sometimes it takes less time and for some properties it may take longer. 

A: Let us know via email if you accept our offer and we will write up a purchase agreement for you to e-sign online. 

A: Unfortunately they are non-refundable. 

A: Typically 24-48 hours. Out team tries to get them done as quickly as possible.  

A: No there are no pre-payment penalties.
